Thanks for your answers. I didn't know that binders can lead to pneumonia. I wonder if that's what was wrong with the corseted Victorian women. Also David Tennant's Doctor rocks! I'm old enough to remember watching fuzzy black and white William Hartnell-Doctor and, although not a total Whovian anorak, I've probably watched every episode (and forgotten most of them). When The Doctor returned to our screens with Christopher Eccleston I quickly got used to his big-featured face because he played the role with such zest but David has made the character his own and will be a hard act to follow. I'd love to see the drawing when you've finished it!
