We already talked about it and your comment about worrying about the control the state or any other institution would perhaps gain over the people when they all got their ID with numbers etc... If I read this now again, I wonder if it's not better to have an ID-card from the beginning instead of going through such a crazy procedure when you actually want/need one.

But luckily you got it all sorted out :)
