Global warming?
May. 28th, 2007 09:03 pmI have to write this down before I forget.
April 2007 was the warmest April ever (in the UK) since records began in 1659. That's before the Fire of London, folks!!
Truly, it was a fabulous start to Spring--blue skies to match the bluebells; warm weather as hot as 27 degrees Celsius on some days, more like June temperatures; and very little rain.
Well, May's certainly making up for it. No official announcement yet as it's not quite over but my feelings are of cold, wet, miserable days. Today is Bank Holiday Monday so typically it's poured down like stair rods this afternoon.
