 Well, my Informal Monitoring is over. (Wipes sweat from brow.) After all the stress that ruined my summer break, the whole thing kicked off in October. Oddly, there were no lesson observations, no inspection of planning and no book scrutiny. The whole yay/nay was decided by my Support Colleague who was not supposed to monitor but help me get through it. It turns out that I know her from previous Design Technology courses that she had run. Super lady. She is as puzzled as I am as to why I was being monitored in the first place. Oh well, all done so now I CAN ENJOY CHRISTMAS!!!!
