Well after a very successful baptism into LJ land, becoming a member of two VC communities and being friended by daggetsmydog, I'm not sure when I'll be posting again. Work is stressful at the moment--new initiatives coming on down so fast my poor old brain can't keep up. And of course it all means extra time spent on schoolwork at home. Just after having completed the Wellbeing Survey, of course. I'd answer those ****ing questions differently now!
On a much happier note, Jenn is coming home sometime this week, maybe even tomorrow!! Yippee!!!!

QotD - I really liked the outtakes from that movie because they were hilarious for sure and the music was also to my liking, so to say :D
I do like Perez, he's a great actor, but nothing can save a movie with a bad script and inappropriate casting (I mean, did you see Armand in it?!) lol
as for Marius himself.... I think passion plus obsession is definitely there ... the ideal male for me *laughs heartily if not slightly hysterically*
alas! no true Romans around these days....

Feel free. I'm on my own at the moment. Daughter at the fashion show; husband out with mates who are steam train freaks like him! I've had a hard day at work, nothing on tele but the footie so I'm browsing my fave sites on t'Internet.
You're in Ireland I gather. I studied Botany and Zoology at Cardiff, donkey's years ago. I enjoyed the whole experience immensely but I suppose I've forgotten what hard work it was.
By the way, another cool icon. Mael needs a good cuddle. I assume he survived the immolation on the steps of the cathedral, as did Armand. It puzzled me why a Celtic druid would be influenced by a Catholic icon. I wanted him to stay with Avicus.

Well, when everyone's away - there's the little times you can have for your very own self :) Those times are also very important imho

Gosh, I don't think I watched TV in 5-6 years if not more. There's rarely anything on when I want it to be ...and the ads(!) every five minutes *rolls eyes*. I watch all the series on the internet or buy the DVDs (a rip off but I can't help it).
Botany and Zoology? that's not very far from what I'm doing - human genetics :) and it sure is hard work... for precisely 2 weeks that the exams are on... the rest of time is a blast :D
aye, aye, it is strange about Mael, but maybe when you live as long as his generation did - the religious symbols do not matter individually but are important for what they represent which is generally the same thing in any of the spiritual teachings across the globe... this is also imho, of course
