I really dislike climbing spiral stairs (in castles)--something to do with not seeing where I'm going perhaps, or the dark, enclosed space, or meeting someone coming down and there's no room to pass--not sure. But I make myself face it everytime and force myself to the top. Then, of course, my fear of heights kicks in!
