Nearing the end of 2009
Dec. 31st, 2009 06:29 pmAt work, it's been a hard year, particularly for those that were elbowed out, teaching and non-teaching staff alike.
For the family, Dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer and has completed the treatment (successfully), had his 80th birthday with everyone there to celebrate and Jenn graduated.
Financially, a tight year for many family members, including us, but there's light at the end of the tunnel. I intend to take early retirement in July. 2010 should be a good year.
