Positive feedback with one of the two booked for a second viewing. They estate agents only show on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays so the next showings are tomorrow; FIVE of them. The estate agents think it'll go quick, possibly an offer by the end of next week! If there is, I'll have to run it past my four siblings first so there'd be time for others to make an offer. The best outcome would be if two or more want it, they might even offer more than the asking price. Fingers crossed.

Gorgeous house, so full of light. I love lots of windows. And so many bedrooms! Yes, that should go quickly, and to a big family. Lot of kids to thunder down those stairs. =)

Hope you get that selling price. \
